Mr. Blair has developed a sufficient amount of self-confidence and self esteem.
He seems afraid of failing and sets his goals to ensure that he will
not fail.
He can be impatient and irritable at times usually
due to things that don't work out the way he wants them to. He also has the
capacity to direct the efforts of others by projecting his will in a deliberate
manner. His interests are well-defined and he knows what he wants. He can
be firm in his beliefs, attitudes and modes of behaviour and he tries not
to let his life become cluttered with details. He is willing to stick his
neck out and take the initiative.
